One of the most important steps in setting up a Broker or Photographer account is configuring the White Label Domain.

You can access this page by clicking Company Settings in the dashboard menu, then clicking White Label Settings from the company settings menu.

What is a White Label Domain?

Your White Label domain is the way that your agents (and the public) will view the property websites you create for them.

It's especially important for our Photographer customers because it's also how your agents will login to the system to make edits to their property websites if you grant them access. Broker customers will always login through www.relahq.com.

The White Label domain must be a subdomain of your primary domain. For example, if your business website is hosted on blakesphotos.com, your white label domain would be something like tours.blakesphotos.com or sites.blakesphotos.com.

The subdomain can be anything you choose except www. The www subdomain should be reserved for your company website.

Subdomains (also known as CNAMEs) are free to add to your existing primary domain.

Configuring Your White Label Domain

We provide a detailed instruction video on how to configure your subdomain on this page. The video shows how to configure your subdomain (or CNAME) through GoDaddy, but the same steps apply regardless of who you purchased your domain from.

We do optionally provide a default and generic White Label domain for you sites.listvt.com. We strongly recommend you use your own to avoid any confusion on your agents end.

Click the Use My Whitelabel Domain button.

  1. Enter your company domain in the Your Company Domain field.

  2. Enter the subdomain you would like to use in the Customer Login Domain field.

If you haven't already configured your subdomain through your primary domain registrar, you'll see the status as Action Required and receive the following instructions:

This table provides the values that you'll need to enter on your domain registrar's website to configure the DNS settings.

Refer to the White Label Domain help video for detailed instructions.

Once you're setup correctly, the status will change to a green OK.
