We've launched a feature that allows you to display schedules and/or prerecorded Virtual Open House Events.

You can schedule as many different Virtual Open House events as you'd like. They will be displayed in a carousel format in the open house section of the property website template.

From the "Virtual Open House" link in the property edit menu, click the " Add New" button:

The form will provide you with 2 options: Live Stream or Pre-recorded

The Live Stream option should be used if you have scheduled a virtual open house for a future date and time.

Simply add the date and time into the "Open House" date section of the form, then add a link to your livestream platform of choice. Rela recommends using Zoom because it is the easiest platform to schedule live streams, but you are free to use any live stream platform that you'd like.

Require Registration (optional setting):

If you'd like to allow your visitors to register for the Virtual Open House event, check "Require Registration" in the form. This will change the link text to "Register Now", and when clicked, will show the custom registration form. After the customer successfully completes the registration form, they will receive an email with the livestream link, date/time, and details.

Registered leads will be visible from the Virtual Open house dashboard under each scheduled event. They will also be visible from the Property Overview dashboard.

This option is useful if you've already held a virtual open house and were able to record it.

Enabling this option will allow visitors to view your pre-recorded open house at any time. Just upload the video file through the form, and that's it!
