If your client has a team manager/coordinator who needs access to all of the listings associated with the Brokerage or Team, you can assign that user as a Manager.
To do this, open the settings menu next for the agent, and choose "Set as Manager"
The accounts that are designated as Managers will be indicated with a label under their name:
Broker Manager Vs Team Manager
When you set an account to Broker Manager, they will have access to all of the listings within the Brokerage, including listings that belong to any Teams within that Brokerage.
When you set an account to Team Manager, they will only have access to the listings within their assigned team.
Including Managers on Notification Emails
When an agent is set to a Broker or Team Manager, they will also show in the list of email recipients when using the Notify Agents email from the Property Editor:
