Tracking what you owe your staff helps ensure everyone gets paid accurately and on time. Our Payout Reports make it easy to calculate what’s due for completed tasks - whether you pay your team weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Note: This report is for informational and tracking purposes only. It does not transfer funds. Use the totals from this report to make payments through your preferred payroll system.
How to Create a Payout Report
Go to the Reports section of your Storefront dashboard.
Click the Payouts tab in the top toolbar.
Click Create New Payout, give it a descriptive title (e.g. “June 2025 – West Coast Team”), and hit Next.
Set Report Parameters
On the next screen, choose:
Timeframe: Set the start and end date for the report.
Team Members: Select which staff should be included.
Once you click to continue, the system will pull in all tasks that match your filters.
Customize the Report
You can:
Adjust payout values for any task
Add notes to individual items
Remove or reassign items if needed
View Options
You can view and export the report in three ways:
Total by Staff Member
Grouped by Address
Individual Tasks
Use these views to analyze the report in whatever level of detail you need.
Make Adjustments After the Report is Run
Click Adjust Filters to change the date range or included staff—even after the report is created.
Approve and Share the Report
Once everything looks good:
Click Mark as Approved
(Optional) Toggle Staff Visibility to "On"
When both are enabled, each staff member included in the report can view their payout breakdown in their dashboard.
