Get detailed insights into your revenue and growth from your Storefront dashboard

The Advanced Reporting feature provides detailed insight into your business revenue and growth. Rela provides separate reporting dashboards for:

To access these reports, click the Reports link in Storefront navigation:

Orders Report

This report will display useful order data over the timeframe that you choose. The chart will compare the current selected period to the previous period. There is also a map that shows you the location of each order, with color coding to indicate the status of the order.

Invoice Report

The Invoice report will show you the actual transactions that have been processed for your orders. You'll be able to see the total amount paid, total number of invoices issued, total overdue, and total due in the future. The bottom of the report will show you the clients the the top overdue balances, along with a breakdown on how many of your invoices were paid on time or late, and how many are overdue.

Products Report

The Products report allows you to see detailed information regarding how many times a product was ordered, and the total revenue that each product has brought in. You can also use the Display drop down to group by Photographer. This will give you a good idea of which photographers/team members are fulfilling which products.

This report is exportable. Set the filters to your desired settings, then click the Export button down download the data in CSV format.

Mileage Reports

Mileage reports make it easy to calculate the total distance driven for you and your team members over any period of time. This report is exportable as a CSV.

To generate the report, you'll first need to choose:

Origin Address:

We will use this setting to determine the starting point for each trip to an appointment.

Origin address for 1st appointment of the day:

This option will be displayed if the Origin Address is set to "Previous Appointment"

โ€‹Return address for last appointment of the day:

Choose if you want to calculate the distance from the member's last appointment of the day.

Once you've made your selections, click the Run Report button.

You can use the filters above the report table to filter by timeframe and team member. You can also group by Route, Day or Month

Modifying Distances: If you think a distance is incorrect or the distance didn't calculate, you can click the cog-wheel icon to right of the row to adjust the origin, destination, and total distance. Note: This option is only available when the report is grouped by Route.

If you see any Origins set to "Unassigned", that means that record has not been calculated yet. To calculate the distance for those records, choose the origin options at the top of the report, then click "Run Report"
