Order Form Visibility
This setting gives lets you choose who should be able to place new orders.
Admin Only - Choose this if you don't want customers to be able to place new orders. The account Admin will be able to place
Existing Customers - This option will allow any of your customers who already have an active account with you to place orders. The button "Book a Shoot" will be visible in the upper right corner of their dashboard.
New and Existing Customers - This option will allow new customers to place orders with you. When this is enabled, you will also have the option to create a Custom Order Page, which you can link to your main website.
Media Only Convert Price
Enable this option to automatically prompt a customer to pay the specified fee to convert a Media Only property to a full website. This is a great way to up-sell customers on property websites!
Travel / Mileage
Enable this option to automatically apply a travel fee if a property is beyond a certain distance from your office. Be sure to include the Cost Per Mile & Minimum Distance values. We will automatically calculate the driving distance from your origin to each shoot, and apply an additional charge to the order.
This will be displayed as a custom line item on your Order Edit screen, and you have the option to change or even delete this if needed.
The Custom Title is used to customize the line-item description that shows up on the order summary to the customer.
The Origin Address should be your office address or the location that you'd like to calculate mileage from.
Property Square Foot Ranges
This setting allows you to choose the range of home sizes you would like to price certain services to. When using the Price Variations option for a product, this will allow you to automatically display the correct price of a service or product based on the size of the home when a customer is placing an order.
If you change this range, be sure to update any products that use the Per SQFT pricing option from your Manage Products dashboard.
Locked Media Defaults
This option lets you choose which media components are locked by default on any new orders. You can always change this on an order after it has been placed.
Terms & Conditions
Add Terms & Conditions that apply to your services here. The customer will be required to agree to these terms in the order form before they can submit the order.
