Allow clients to reschedule orders directly from their dashboard

Note: This feature is only available if you have the Real-Time Calendar scheduling option enabled.

With the Client Rescheduling enabled, your clients can reschedule their shoot dates from their own dashboard! The rescheduling option respects the real-time synced calendars, so you don't have to worry about double-bookings.

To enable client rescheduling, head to the Storefront Schedule Settings dashboard:

Under the Additional Options section, you can enable/disable client rescheduling.

Once enabled, choose the buffer time that you will permit the client to reschedule within. This will prevent clients from rescheduling too close to the shoot date.

With this option active, clients will see a Reschedule button from their order details page:

If the shoot-date is within your buffer time, the client will still see the reschedule button, but they will see a message indicating that the shoot is not eligible to be rescheduled:
