Create reminders for shoot dates and invoices for your Storefront

Keep your clients and team members updated with automatic reminders for shoot dates and invoices.

You can set up automatic reminders for

  • Shoot dates

  • Invoices

  • After shooter follow-ups

From the Order Admin screen, you'll see a button in the Shoot Date section and on any pending invoices.

Choose either Invoice or Shoot Date reminder from the dropdown.

Select the Event that will trigger an email reminder, then set the amount of time before or after the Event to send the reminder.

Reminders for invoices will only be sent if the invoice status is Pending (aka unpaid).

Reminders for shoot dates will only be sent if the order status is set to Accepted.

Configuring your custom email content:

  • Go to the Email Settings dashboard and click on the Scheduled Reminders button.

  • Edit any of the emails you would like to customize.

  • You can configure a default reminder workflow as well. This default will be applied to each new order that is created. You can also manually add these defaults to existing orders.

Time zone - Make sure you set your time zone to ensure the reminders go out at the correct time.

Once the email has been sent, you'll see a (Sent) tag next to the reminder. You can also track the email from the Email Tracking log on the order page.
