Create and manage promo codes for your Storefront

Rela makes it easy to create promo for your Storefront. Promo codes can be a useful sales tool because it can help to encourage customers to make a purchase, especially if they are on the fence about buying something. Additionally, offering a promo code can also help to create a sense of urgency and scarcity, which can further motivate customers to take advantage of the offer.

Rela gives you the power to create tailored promo codes for any situation – so your promotional offers always hit their mark. Here's a quick list of configuration options available to you:

  • Multiple discount methods

  • Targeted customer types (new, returning, or all)

  • Usage limits

  • Active date ranges

  • Apply to the entire order, or only specific products in order


To get started with promo codes, click on the the Manage Products link from your Storefront menu, the click the Promo Codes sub menu:

From here, you'll see a list of your existing promo codes, and the option to create a new promo code.

From the promo code editor, you'll see the settings you've applied:

Click on the Edit Settings button to make changes to any of these settings.

Once you've configure the promo code to your liking, make sure to enable the promo code from the dropdown:

Customers will be able to add a promo code to their order from the Order Review screen.

Admins can add a promo code to an order from the Order Admin page. Just click the Edit Order Items drop down menu, the choose Add Promo Code. From there, you'll be able select choose the promo code from a list of all of your codes:

If a promo code has been added to an order, you'll see the promo code details in the subtotal on the admin page:
