Rela offers multiple options regarding collecting payment for bookings upfront. You can modify these settings from your Order Settings dashboard within the Storefront.
Options for collecting payment upfront include:
Full payment up front
Flat-Fee
Percentage of the total booking amount
You also have the option to separate these rules for New vs Returning customers.
Invoices that were paid upfront will show an icon in the invoices table and on the invoice view from your order admin screen.
