Add custom questions to individual products to collect additional details from the customer.

The Product Intake Questions feature for Rela's Photographer Storefront allows you to attach a custom list of questions that the customer will be asked to fill out when they add a product or service to their order. Collecting these important details upfront will streamline the order process and cut down on back-and-forth communication, with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction.

Here's a sample of how the intake questions will be displayed to the customer when they add a product to their order:

To get started, head to the product edit screen for any of your Storefront products. Towards the bottom of the form, you'll see the Intake Questions section.

Click on the Manage Questions button to add some intake questions. You'll have the option to add multiple questions in various different formats:

Now, when a customer adds a product or service to their cart, they will be asked to fill out the form containing the intake questions you've attached. If a customer adds a package to their order, they will see a form that combines all of the intake questions that exist on any of the products within the package.
