Customize your order form's layout, display, and branding

Rela’s Storefront now offers the ability to customize the look and feel of your order forms! With a more intuitive editing experience, personalizing your form is easier than ever. We’ll take you on a quick walkthrough so you you’ll be familiar with the custom options and settings in no time. Check out the video below:

To get started, head to the "Order Forms" dashboard in your storefront menu.

You'll find configurations in the top toolbar:

Display Settings:

You can customize the title, brand colors, and product/package display layout. You can also upload images for products.

Sort Packages, Products, and Categories:

To sort packages/products/categories on the order form: click "Sort Items" button, choose component type to sort from dropdown menu, then drag items into desired display order on preview screen below.

Adding Custom Questions:

To add custom questions: click "Custom Questions" button. Add questions in various formats, and set display order by dragging questions into place on preview screen.

The settings that you apply to your main order form will carry over to any of your assigned order forms. You do have the option to override any of these settings on a per order form basis.

And that’s it! Once you’ve configured your custom settings, make sure to create a test order so you can preview what your order form will look like to customers.
