The Custom Order Form feature allows you to offer exclusive services/products to Brokerages, Teams, or agents.

Getting Started

Navigate to the Custom Order Forms dashboard from the Storefront Menu. From there, Click the Create Custom Order form button, give it a name, and choose the target - Agent, Team, or Brokerage (you can change this later if needed).

Important Settings:

Display Type - Exclusive: With this option enabled, the order form will only show products and packages that you assign the order form. This option is useful if you want your agents to only see the products or packages that you assign to them and do not want them choosing products or packages that are available to everyone else.

Display type - Expand: With this option selected, the order form will show your base order form along with any custom products or packages that you add to the order form. This option is useful if you want your agents to still be able to select any of the products or packages that you offer everyone else. Important - Only products that are marked as “Hide from Public Order Form” will be available to add to the order form with the Expand option selected.

Access Code:

Set an access code to allow customers to activate their Custom Order form from your Public Order Page. If you choose to disable the access code, agents will still be able to access the custom order form if they are placing an order while logged into their dashboard.

Link to Order Form:

This is the direct link to the Custom Order Form. When this link is visited, the Custom Order Form will automatically be activated on the Public Order Page without having to enter the access code.

Target:

Choose the appropriate target for the Custom Order Form - Brokerage, Team, Or Agent. If an agent is assigned to multiple order forms with different targets, the most specific order form will take precedence.

Assigned To:

This is where you'll assign this custom order for to Brokerage, Teams, or agents. You can have multiple assignees of the same type on a custom order form.

Status:

The Custom Order for will only be accessible by the assignee when the status is set to Enabled

Custom Questions:

You can also create custom order form questions. These can be set to Exclusive (only showing the questions you add), or Expand (shows your custom questions along with your base order form questions.)

If an order is submitted through a custom order form, this will be indicated on the main order table, as well as on the order admin screen.
