If you offer multiple service types to your customers, it's important to make the purchasing process as easy and straightforward as possible. With a wide variety of products or services, it can be overwhelming to present them all on a single order form.

To solve this problem, Rela allows you create multiple order forms that can be displayed on your main order page. This feature allows you to organize your products or services into groups and present them in a way that is easy for customers to navigate.

Here's how it works:

  1. Create a Public Custom Order Form: The first step is to create a Custom Order form that has a target of Public. This could be based on product categories, service types, or any other grouping that makes sense for your business. For example, if you offer specific services for Commercial, Residential, and AirBNB properties, you can create different order forms for each service.

  2. Attach Products and Packages: Once you have created custom public order form, you can customize each one to include the products or packages that you want to display. You can also add custom questions to each order form to ensure you're collecting the details you need to fulfill the order.

  3. Configure the Start Page Display: Once you've finished adding the right products and packages to the public order forms, you can customize the Order Start page from your Strorefront dashboard. Just click on the Order Forms link in the navigation to get to the preview. Once you're there, you can sort the display and you can modify the headline and sub-headline that above the order form previews.

By using multiple order form segments, you can simplify the purchasing process for your customers and make it easier for them to find the products or services that they are interested in. This feature is particularly useful if you have a large catalog of products or services that can be difficult to navigate on a single order form.
