Getting Started
Access Virtual Staging
Navigate to your property's edit page
Click on Marketing in the left sidebar
Select Virtual Staging
You'll see the Virtual Staging dashboard showing your available generation credits and any images you've already selected for staging.
Selecting Images
Click the "Select Images" button in the top right
A gallery of your property photos will appear
Choose one or more images you'd like to stage
Click "Add Selected Images"
Selected images will appear on your dashboard and are ready for staging.
Creating Staged Images
Step 1: Choose Your Image
From the dashboard, click "Generate" on any selected image to open the staging editor.
Step 2: Configure Your Staging
The editor lets you customize exactly how your space will be staged:
Scene Type:
Interior - For indoor spaces (living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, etc.)
Exterior - For outdoor spaces (yards, patios, pools, etc.)
Action Type:
Add/Change furniture - Add new furniture and decor to transform the space
Remove all furniture - Create a clean, empty room (removes all movable items)
Virtual twilight - Transform exterior photos to show the property at dusk with warm lighting
Room/Space Type (for Add/Change furniture):
Interior options: Living Room, Bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom, Office, Dining Room
Exterior options: Backyard, Front Yard, Pool, Patio
Design Style: Choose from 12 beautiful styles:
Modern
Contemporary
Traditional
Scandinavian
Minimal
Industrial
Boho
Rustic
Farmhouse
Specific Notes : Click anywhere on the image to add pinpoint notes for specific areas. This helps you guide exactly where and what should be added or changed.
Additional Guidance (Optional): Add specific instructions in the text box to guide the AI. For example:
"Include plants and natural light"
"Make it feel cozy and welcoming"
Step 3: Generate
Click "Start Virtual Staging" to begin generation. You'll see a processing animation while your image is being created. This typically takes 30-60 seconds.
Important: Each generation uses one credit from your account. Make sure you have credits available before starting.
Managing Generated Images
Viewing Results
Once generation completes, you'll see your staged image appear in the editor. You can:
View a side-by-side comparison with the original
Switch between original and staged views
See generation details (room type, style, notes used)
Publishing Images
Click the "Add to Property Website" button on any generated image to make it available in your property gallery. Published images will appear alongside your original photos.
Note: Publishing automatically upscales the image to high resolution for the best quality.
Modifying Existing Generations
Want to adjust a staged image? Click on any generated image and select "Modify" to change the style, add more furniture, or adjust the design. This creates a new variation based on your changes.

Ensure good lighting in original photos
Avoid photos with extreme angles or distortion
Room Selection
Choose the correct room type - this helps the AI understand the space

Modern and Contemporary work well for most properties
Using Additional Guidance
Be specific but concise
Focus on major furniture pieces first
Mention color preferences if important
Describe the feeling you want (cozy, spacious, elegant, etc.)
Using Point Notes
Click on specific areas where you want changes
Add clear descriptions for each note
Use notes to guide furniture placement
Combine with style selection for best results
Troubleshooting
Generation Failed
Check your internet connection
Verify you have credits available
Try a different image if issues persist
Contact support if problems continue
Image Quality Issues
Ensure original image is high resolution
Try the upscale feature for published images
Check image file isn't corrupted
Can't See Generated Images
Check the image processing completed (look for the finished indicator)
Refresh the page
Verify the image was published if looking in gallery
