To access floorplans, click the Floorplans tab at the top of the Docs & Floorplans section of the Property Editor.

Floorplans are different from documents in that you can add custom hotspots* to show a specific image of the property. 

To upload floorplans simply drag and drop the files from your computer into the upload box or click the + Add Files link at the bottom of the upload box.

Once the floorplans have uploaded, they will appear below the upload box. 

Clicking the Edit button allows you to change the Title and Category of the floorplan. The category is simply for your organization benefit. Be sure to click the Save button after any changes. You can delete the floorplan by clicking the Delete button at the bottom-right corner of the edit screen.

Hotspots allow you to select an image and place a dot on the floorplan of where that image was taken. When a user hovers over the dot on the floorplan, that image will appear showing what that space looks like.

To access hotspots, click the Add Hotspots button on the floorplan.

Click the Add Hotspot button below the floorplan image to select the photo you want to place.

Drag the photo photo from the sidebar on to the floorplan to place a hotspot.

The hotspot will appear on the floorplan in the upper-left corner. You can then drag and drop the hotspot to the designated spot on the floorplan.

You can add and edit the descriptions for each hotspot photo. These descriptions are synced with the descriptions of the photos from the Photo Gallery; changing in one place will change it in the other. You can delete a hotspot by clicking the trash can icon in the upper-right corner.

Floorplans and hotspots are embedded in the property websites and allow users to interact with them by hovering over a hotspot revealing the photo associated with that spot.

 * Hotspots are not available on the Starter subscription.
