Uploading Floor plans
Step 1: Open the Floor plans Section
From the Property Edit menu, click Floorplans & Docs.
Step 2: Upload Your Floor plans
Upload floor plans using one of the following methods:
Upload directly from your computer
Import from Dropbox
Import from the CubiCasa integration
Supported file types:
JPG
JPEG
PNG
PDF
Step 3: Organize Your Floor Plans
After uploading, you can arrange the display order of your floor plans.
To reorder:
Click and hold a floor plan.
Drag and drop it into the desired position.
The first floor plan in the list will appear first on the property website. You can also manage multiple floor plans at once using bulk actions:
Select individual floor plans
Select all floor plans
Delete selected floor plans
Step 4: Add Interactive Hotspots
Once your floor plans are in the correct order, you can create interactive hotspots that connect areas of the floor plan to images already uploaded in your gallery.
To add hots pots:
Click Add Hotspots on the selected floor plan.
Select Add Hotspot.
Drag photos from your Gallery onto the appropriate area of the floor plan.
You can also:
Choose images from your Favorites
Rename hotspot labels to make locations easier to identify
Change the hotspot color to match your branding or company colors
This helps create a more interactive and visually guided experience for visitors.
Switching Between Floor plans
You can switch between floor plans while adding hotspots without returning to the main Floor Plans & Docs page.
This makes it easier to continue building your interactive experience across multiple floors.
By clicking the Floor Plan Edit option, you can also edit the floor plan details or add different stories for the home, such as Main Floor or Basement.
Quick Recommendation:
Update the Floor plan Display Title
By default, the floor plan title is generated from the uploaded filename, which can result in odd looking floor plan titles. Updating the display title creates a cleaner and more professional experience for website visitors.
For example:
