Next Gen property website templates give you more control over the layout, content, colors, and typography of each listing.
The currently available Next Gen templates are:
Aura
Stone
This guide explains how to customize either template from the property website editor.
Make your customizations from the Listing Preview
Once you've set a next-gen template, you can customize your property website from the listing preview mode:
Reorder sections
Use the Sections menu to control the order in which content appears on the page.
Click Sections in the editor toolbar.
Drag a section by its handle and drop it into a new position.
Continue arranging sections until the page is in the order you want.
Click Save Sort. The page will reload with the new section order.
The Header, Hero, and Footer are locked in place. The sections between them—including supported listing sections and any custom sections you add—can be reordered.
To restore the template’s original order, open Sections and click Reset to default. Your custom sections will remain on the page, but they will return to their default positions.
Edit section labels and navigation labels
Each editable section can have an Eyebrow and a Headline:
Nav Link Text: The small label displayed above the section. This text also becomes the section’s navigation label.
Headline: The larger heading displayed inside the section.
Click Sections.
Find the section you want to rename and click Edit.
Update the Nav Link Text, Headline, or both.
Save your changes.
Because the Eyebrow also controls the navigation label, updating it keeps the page section and website navigation in sync.
These fields change the labels and headings shown on the website. To change the listing information inside a standard section—such as photos, property details, videos, floor plans, or contact information—use the corresponding option under Dashboard.
Add a custom content section
Click Sections.
Click Add Section.
Choose a section type from the library.
Enter the content requested for that section and save it.
If needed, return to Sections, drag the new section into position, and click Save Sort.
Custom sections automatically adopt the selected template, color palette, and font style so they feel like part of the same website.

Showcase gallery images per unit
Showcase floor plans per unit
Set the beds/baths/size, along with price and custom statuses
Edit or remove a custom section
Click Sections.
Find the custom section.
Click Edit to update its content, or Delete to remove it.
You can also edit a custom section from the controls that appear over the section while you are in the editor.
Show sections that do not have content yet
Some standard sections only appear after content has been added—for example, a video section without a video may be hidden.
Open Sections.
Turn on Show empty sections.
Find the section and click Add content.
This opens the appropriate Dashboard area where you can add the missing listing content.
Change the color palette
Click Colors in the editor toolbar.
Select one of the available color palettes.
Review the page as the new palette is applied.
Each palette updates the coordinated page background, text, accent, panel, and card colors. The available palette choices may vary by Next Gen template.
Change the fonts
Click Fonts in the editor toolbar.
Select one of the available font styles.
Review the headings, body copy, and labels on the page.
Font styles are curated combinations rather than individual font controls, helping the typography remain consistent across the complete website. Available choices may vary by template.
Before you go live
Check that navigation labels are short and easy to understand.
Confirm that custom sections are in the intended order.
Make sure your latest section order has been saved.
Preview the public website before sharing it.
