Create a default property website template to use for all properties assigned to agents within a Brokerage or Team

Once you've created a Brokerage and/or Team, you can configure a default property website configuration. This feature makes it easy to apply your clients' preferred settings to each of the property websites that you create for them.

To get started, head over to the Brokerage or Teams dashboard, and click the "Property Defaults" link under the Settings Menu.

Once you're there, you'll be able to configure the default property website configuration for the Brokerage or Team. You'll be able to configure the following items:

  • Logo

  • Template

  • Music

  • Disclaimer

  • Virtual Tour Mode (Cover Slideshow)

  • Public Downloads Page

  • MLS Image Size

  • Showing Scheduler

  • Advanced Settings - Lead Email Routing, Google and FB Tracking, Custom Script

  • Listing Agents

How to apply these settings to a property website

You can apply these settings to any property website once an agent or agents are assigned to the property. From the Listing Agents section of the Property Editor, click the View Default Settings button.

This will display the settings that exist in the default template you've created. You can apply all of the defaults at once, or you can apply individual settings.

The display will indicate which settings have already been applied:
