If you are on our Broker or Photographer plan, after creating a property website for an agent or agents, you should let them know about it.

The Listing Agents section of the Property Editor allows you to inform all attached agents about their new property website.

When notifying an agent about a property website there are a few things we consider.

  1. Does the agent have edit access?

  2. Has the agent logged in before?

  3. Is the property website published?

This logic is handled by us if you simply click the Notify Agents button under Listing Agents on the left side of the screen.

If all the agents attached to this property have edit access then you can simply fill out the form that appears when you click Notify Agents.

Remove the tick for any agent you do not wish to send a notification to.

We set a default value for the subject and body of your email, however, you may modify this any way you wish. You can even configure a customized default subject and body by clicking the Configure Default Email Content link at the top-right corner.

A list of possible tokens (or replacements) can be used in this email form. You may use the tokens anywhere in the email you like and they will be replaced by their corresponding values upon delivery.

You can even add CC email addresses to the form on a per agent basis. These CC emails can also be set as defaults from that agent's default settings.

Agents With Different Access

If you have selected that at least one agent have edit access and another does not, you will have to send separate emails.

A warning at the top of the email form will let you know that you'll have to send both emails. You can toggle between the emails using the tabs below the warning message.

Notifying About an Unpublished Property Website

Since property websites can only be viewed by the public if they are Published, when notifying an agent without Edit Access of a property website you have Unpublished, a special email must be sent.

You will see this warning above the form. This email will replace the [property:link_branded] and [property:link_unbranded] tokens with special keys to grant a user access to view the Unpublished site for 24 hours. After 24 hours, you will have to either send a new email or Publish the website.
