If you are on our Broker or Photographer plan, then you can access the displayed contact information as well as edit access for your property website from the Listing Agents section of the Property Editor.

To add an agent to a property website, click the Add an Agent button on the left side of the screen.

The right side pop out will allow you to select one of your existing agents. You must click Search for any agents to show.

When you've found the agent you'd like to add simply click the Add to Property link below the agent.

The agent will appear in the list of agents on the right side of the screen.

Here you have 2 options regarding agent access.

Checking the Show on Property option will display this agent on the actual property website. 

Checking the Edit Access option will give the agent access to login and edit the property details.

If an agent has an assistant they want to give access to edit this property website, but not show on the property, you can deselect Show on Property while still maintaining Edit Access.

If you prefer an agent to only show on the property website when viewed and not have edit access you may check those accordingly.

You can also remove or edit the agent information from the Options drop-down as well. Note that editing the agent's information here will also change it from the Manage Agents section of the Dashboard.

Note: If there is no logo already attached to this property, when you add an agent, if they have a default logo set, that will automatically be attached to the property as well.

If you have more than one agent attached to a property website, you can sort the order in which they appear on the property website.

Simply click and hold to drag and drop the agent's into the desired positions. This is the same order the agent's will appear in when viewing the property website.
