Changing Contact Information for Agents

Adding, removing, and editing the agent information if you're an agent.

If you are on one of our Agent plans: Starter, Plus, or Pro, then you can access the displayed contact information for your property website from the Theme & Contacts section of the Property Editor.

Private Information vs. Public Information

Before we get started, it's important for you to know the difference between your personal/private information and public information that shows on property websites.

Your private information is only for us to contact you about feature updates and important issues regarding your property websites. You can change this info from the Profile section of the dashboard menu.

The public contact information that shows on your property websites can be modified from the Theme & Contacts section of the Property Editor in the CONTACTS box.

When you registered, a public contact card was created for you based on the information you provided.

Adding Contact Cards

You can add as many contact cards as your current plan allows to each property website. The Starter plan includes 2 cards, the Plus plan includes 5 cards, and the Pro plan, 10 cards.

To add a card, click the Add Contacts button at the bottom of the CONTACTS box.

The right side pop out will allow you to select one of your existing contact cards or add a new contact card. You can toggle between choosing an existing card and adding a new one with the tabs at the top.

To use an existing card, click the Show On Property link from the Existing Contacts view.

To add a new contact card, click the Add Contact tab to display the new card form. Complete the form and click the Add Contact button at the bottom to save.

If you've hit your plan limit for the number of contact cards allowed, you can always upgrade to get more.

Hiding Your Contact Information

To hide your contact information, just click the Hide link next to the edit link on the card. This will remove it from the current property website but still be available for you to re-add or add to another website.

Editing and Deleting Contact Information

To edit the information on your contact card, click the Edit link under the name of the agent on the card.

The contact card form contains all the information for an individual card: agent photo, name, phone number, email, company, optional field for license number or other information, and a personal website.

You can choose to select this contact card as your default card which will automatically assign to each future property website you create.

Additionally, you can add your social media URLs from various networks.

Click the Save Contact button to save or the Delete button to delete this card.
