On our Photographer and Broker plans you can limit what agents with Edit Access can do.
From the Listing Agents section of the Property Editor you have access to control when a property website will expire and what agents with Edit Access can't do.
Property Expiration Date
The Property Expiration Date has 2 functions. It will automatically Unpublish a property website when that date has hit and it restricts an agent from Publishing a property if this date is in the past.
Additional Restrictions
You can also restrict an agent with Edit Access from performing certain actions regarding this property website.
The current options include restricting the agent from:
Downloading marketing collateral. This refers to brochures and flyers.
Creating/Editing marketing collateral. Again referring to brochures and flyers.
Deleting property images.
Downloading property images.
Be sure not to confuse this section with allowing the agent to do these actions. By default, any agent with Edit Access will be allowed to perform these actions; this only restricts or prevents them from performing those actions that are checked.
