There are many reasons you may want to add menu links to the main menu. You may want to set a link to another property you have for sale, a link to your company website, or a link to all the listings you have available on your main website.

To add and edit links in the main menu of your property website, visit the Theme & Contacts (or just Theme for Photographer and Broker plans) section of the Property Editor.

At the bottom of the screen on the left side is a box for ADDITIONAL MENU LINKS.

There are 2 options here that you can choose from:

  1. Use Property Specific Menu

  2. Use Global Menu

Using a Property Specific Menu

A property specific menu means that any changes you make to these additional menu links only applies to this property website.

Using the Global Menu

The global menu is a menu that you create and can be used on multiple properties without having to re-create it each time. Any changes you make to your global menu will be seen on all property websites using the global menu.

A blue bar at the top will let you know when the global menu is being used.

Switching and Hiding Menus

You can switch between the global menu and a property specific menu from the Options drop-down.

You can also hide the menu by selecting the Hide Menu link.

From the Options drop-down you can a link by clicking the Add Link option.

The Add Link form will pop up allowing you to add a Title for the link as well as the URL to point to. Click the Save button when finished.

When adding a link to the global menu, a blue notice box will remind you that editing the global menu will affect all property websites using the global menu.

Editing a custom menu link is as simple as clicking the Edit link to the right of the link. This will pop up the link form for you to make changes.

To re-arrange the custom menu links, use the 3 vertical dots on the left to drag and drop the links into the desired positions.

The Style drop-down let's you choose how you want to attach your custom menu to the main menu.

The style of the drop-down can be either a More drop-down or displayed inline with the rest of the main menu links. The position moves the links to either the front (before Overview) or the back (after the last main menu link).
