When the same video file is uploaded from your computer more than once, this causes issues with playing the correct file. 

If you upload the video and you see a warning that is a duplicate, you'll need to remove a few frames from the video and re-upload. If that's not an option, please contact support.

Another option is to upload the video to your own YouTube or Vimeo account and paste the link into Rela.
