Max Daily Orders
This is where you should enter the total number of shoots that you and your team can complete per day. This number will be used to block days off of your calendar once you have this number of shoots confirmed for a certain day.
Choose the days of the week that you are open for business. Any days that are not selected will be blocked off from your calendar when a customer is placing an order.
Line Item Scheduling vs Entire Order Scheduling:
Line Item scheduling allows you to assign individual items on an order to team members or contractors. This is a good option if you work with multiple people on each shoot.
Order Scheduling allows you to assign the entire order to one person. All of the products on the order will be included in the assignment and its corresponding calendar event. This is a great option if you work solo for most of your shoots.
Keep in mind that these settings are default settings that will be applied to each order, but you can always change the setting directly on the order if needed.
Calendar Syncing
To sync your booking appointments to your Google Calendar, just click the "Sign in With Google" button and follow the steps on screen. Once you've connected your account, all of the bookings that are created in Rela will automatically sync to your Google Calendar.
