Customize the emails sent to you and your customer throughout the order process.

Keeping you and your customer updated regarding the status and step of each order is important. Rela provides a list of emails that you can customize to ensure everyone stays in the loop. 

Head over to the Email Settings section of your store dashboard, then click on any email in the list to customize. 

Custom Tokens

Custom Tokens will automatically be replaced with the customer and order information when the email is sent out. The tokens are highlighted in blue when viewing the email editor.

To add a custom token, click the Token icon in the text edit toolbar. The available tokens for each email will be grouped into tabs. Just click the token you would like to use to insert it into the email message. 

Testing & Previewing

To see what an email will look like in your customer's inbox, you can use the test email feature. Click the "Send Test" button in the tool bar, then select an order from the list that you would like to use for the test. In the next step, you'll add an email address to send the test to.
