Calendar Not Showing Availability

Photographer not showing available on the order form.

If you have a photographer who should be showing as available on the order form but isn't, there are a few items you'll need to check.

First, be sure the photographer is on the schedule.

Navigate to the Storefront -> Schedule Settings page (https://www.relahq.com/account/store/settings/schedule) and ensure the photographer is on the booking calendar.

While you're on this page, be sure your store Hours of Operation are correct:

Second, check the photographer's profile.

If everything looks good above, click "Edit Shooter Details" to view the photographers profile:

From the photographers profile, ensure their working hours are set correctly:

Also check the photographer's Services Provided. Note if they are "Set as Exclusive", this means they can ONLY perform those services. If the order has a service that is not one of the ones provided by this photographer, this photographer will not show as available.

Finally, make sure their Home Base and service area are set correctly. Ensure the address of the listing for the order is within the driving distance of the photographer:

Third, check your territories.

If you have Territories enabled, be sure that your photographer is assigned to the appropriate territory. Head over to the Storefront -> Territories page (https://www.relahq.com/account/store/settings/territories) and ensure the photographer is assigned to their territory. If all territories are Disabled, then the location of the listing on the order will go by the photographer's home base. If ANY territory is Enabled, the system will only show availability within enabled territories. If the listing is not within a territory that your photographer is assigned to, they won't show as available.

Lastly, check each product for product providers.

If everything in the photographer's profile appears normal and your territories are set either disabled or set correctly, you'll need to check the individual products/services being ordered. Head over to your Storefront -> Manage Products page and check each product being ordered. If the product has a "Product Provider" set and the photographer in question is not set as a provider, they will not show as available.

In the example below, Blake Lawton is not set as a product provider for this service that is being ordered so he will not show as available.

Running through all of these steps will help you determine why your photographer is not showing as available on your order form.
