Rela makes it easy to include pricing variations for your products. This feature allows you to set prices for products based on the size of a listing, and automatically display the correct price on the customer order form.
We offer a 4 different pricing variations types:
Flat Fee
Size Range / Square Footage
Dropdown
Quantity
Flat Fee:
Flat Fee is the default pricing option.
With this setting, the product is always shown at a fixed price that you enter in the product settings, regardless of property size or quantity.
This is best suited for services that have a consistent cost, such as virtual tours, consultations, or standard photography packages.
Square Footage:
Use Square Footage pricing to automatically calculate the cost of a product based on the size of the property.
This option is ideal if your pricing changes depending on the home’s square footage. For example, a 3,500 sq. ft. property may cost more than a 1,200 sq. ft. property.
When a customer places an order, RelaHQ automatically displays the correct price based on the property size. This helps create a smoother ordering experience and removes the need for customers to calculate pricing themselves.
Dropdown:
Dropdown Pricing allows customers to choose from multiple product options within a single product listing.
Each option can include:
A different price
A custom description
A unique product variation
This is useful for offering package upgrades, add-ons, or service tiers without needing to create separate products.
Quantity Pricing:
Quantity Pricing allows customers to select how many units of a product they would like to purchase.
You can set:
A minimum quantity
A maximum quantity
The Price Per Unit
This option is commonly used for virtual staging, twilight photos, or any product that customers may want to order variable quantities for.
