"Media Only" allows you to create a property website, upload the photos, videos, and 3D Tours without using a property credit. A property credit will only be subtracted when you Publish the property website. 

If the agent who is assigned to the property attempts to publish the website when it's "Media Only", they will see a notice that tells them the website is for Media Delivery Only.

If the agent selects "Yes, please publish this website!", a "W" will appear next to the property in the Manage Properties section letting you know that a website has been requested for this Media Only property.

You can then Publish the property and a credit will be drawn. To notify the agent of the newly published website, visit the Listing Agents section of the Property Editor and click the Notify Agents button.
