The heart icon at the upper-left corner of each property image allows you (or your agent for Photographers and Brokers) to "Favorite" an image. 

You can filter to your favorite images when selecting a new image for a brochure.

For agents of our Photographers, when choosing to download the images, they can choose All Images or their Favorite images.
